I provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to clients of all ages and identities. We will meet via online video platform for 50 minutes in sessions that balance what you need today with your long term goals.

Rates

My fee for a 50 minute session is $175. I can adjust this fee on a limited basis based on demonstrated financial need. I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide a superbill at the end of each month.

 My Approach

Individual Therapy

I practice a blended approach based on the individual needs of the client. Some of the frameworks I use include psychodynamics, attachment theory, solution-focused brief therapy and hypnotherapy.

I believe that all human behavior serves a purpose. Over time, we develop coping strategies that help us survive in our environment. Sometimes these traits outlive their usefulness and yet they remain.

Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand ourselves, shift outdated behaviors, and make changes to improve our lives, relationships, and careers.
