Therapy for Adolescents and Young Adults
Drawing from my background in education, I work with teenagers and young adults navigating social difficulties, family transitions including divorce, academic pressures, and the unique stressors that come with the transition to adulthood.
My approach focuses on helping clients develop insight into their behavioral patterns and relational dynamics, building resilience and emotional intelligence. Together, we will develop the emotional tools needed to navigate complex social, family, and professional dynamics with greater confidence and clarity.
Does this sound like you?
I’d like to improve how I communicate with my family.
The social and academic pressures I face can feel overwhelming
My social relationships aren’t what I’d like them to be.
I could use some support adapting to life transitions
It would be nice to speak openly about what I’m going through with someone who isn’t a family member or a friend
Our work
We’ll practice communicating openly and work to recognize what is and isn’t working for you. We’ll focus on your strengths and how you can use them to overcome obstacles and design the life you want.
